Tia Benning is a decorated U.S. Army Colonel (Retired), certified executive coach, and the unapologetic force behind BreakBrush, LLC. With over 28 years of leadership experience spanning the Pentagon, global military commands, federal agencies, and Fortune 500 teams, Tia knows what it takes to lead when the pressure’s high and the mission matters.
